Dr. Shaheena Kadri
Dr. Shaheena Kadri's journey is not a conventional one. It began in the world of medicine — where nearly two decades of clinical practice across India and the UAE placed her at the intersection of human health and human potential. As a Homeopathic Physician, she treated the body. But what she witnessed was something deeper — individuals whose gifts lay buried beneath layers of self-doubt, fear, and unfulfilled aspiration. That discovery changed everything.
She expanded her practice into the study of human behaviour, psychology, and coaching science — becoming an ICF Certified Life Coach, Peak Performance & Empowerment Coach, Mindfulness Trainer, Leadership Facilitator, and published author. From that breadth of expertise, Emerge on Horizon was born — not as a coaching company, but as a movement. A movement committed to moving every soul from potential to performance, and limitation to legacy.
Dr. Shaheena holds one unwavering belief: that every human being possesses a unique, extraordinary genius. Her life's work — across individuals, leaders, students, healthcare professionals, and organisations — has been devoted to finding it, igniting it, and ensuring the world never has to go without it.
Alisha Kadri
Some people grow into leadership. Alisha Kadri was drawn to it from the very beginning — not out of ambition for a title, but out of a deep, instinctive need to be useful, to connect, and to make things better for the people around her.
What makes Alisha's journey remarkable is not any single role she held — it is the deliberate, cumulative way she grew through each one. She served as Learning Ambassador, channelling her love of knowledge into inspiring others. As House Captain, she discovered the power of rallying a team and carrying others when the pressure was on. Her time as Wellness Ambassador was perhaps the role closest to her heart — championing mental wellbeing and peer support, values that would one day sit at the foundation of Emerge on Horizon.
She then stepped into the Gavels Club as Secretary before earning her place as Club President through service, not shortcuts. As Head of the Finance Club, she added strategic thinking and commercial acumen to her growing arsenal. Each role sharpened a different edge. Each responsibility revealed a new dimension of a leader who simply refuses to be one-dimensional.
Today, as Co-Founder and Director of Partnerships, Growth & Strategic Alliances, Alisha is the bridge between EOH's transformational programmes and the organisations, schools, and communities that need them most. She does not approach organisations with a pitch. She approaches them with a genuine question — "How can we grow together?" — and the patience, professionalism, and warmth to find the answer alongside them.
She trains hard — kickboxing, hiking, trekking — travels widely, reads voraciously, and competes fiercely in everything she takes on. And through all of it, she remains — above everything — a people person. The kind who remembers your name, your story, and how she can help.
